More smoothie recipes
All my smoothie recipes are enough for two people
Chia-Goji Love (this smoothie requires some preparation the
night before)
1/3 cup Chia seeds
2/3 cup goji berries
Put the Chia seeds and Goji berries in a glass cup and fill
up with water, preferably filtered or bottled water, covering the chia seeds
and goji berries. Cover glass and
place in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning:
Take the chia seeds and goji berries out of the fridge and
place into blender.
Add 2 bananas
Blend on high speed for at least 30 seconds and up to 1
minute.

preparation the night before)
1/3 cup Chia seeds
2/3 cup goji berries

2 Kiwis
1 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons Vitamineral green
4 grams MSM powder
¼ teaspoon Probiotic powder
1/3 – ½ cup sprouted amaranth grain (for sprouting
instructions of amaranth go to www.sproutpeople.org
for the best instructions or send me an email)
½ cup yogurt (organic whole milk)
½ cup – 1 cup Sambazon Acai drink
1 tablespoon raw organic extra virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
Optional:
1 pinch of dried Astragalus
1 scoop Terra’s Organic Whey powder
Blend on high speed for at least 30 seconds and up to 1
minute.
