The Celebration of Love: August 1, 2009 

The celebration of love will be a party to celebrate Cami and Mauro’s marriage and to celebrate love in each and every one of us and all around the world.  This will be a celebration of love, the theme of the party is: ABOVE ALL ELSE, LOVE.  

Each and every one of us defines love in our own personal way.  If you go to our website www.ourstoryoflove.com you’ll see love being expressed in a number of different ways.  This celebration will be a time for us to celebrate love in all ways and a time for you to express your love and show your love in your own unique, personal way.  Your presence at the celebration will be an expression of your love.  However, we will also have a platform available for you (if you choose) to express your love.  Is there someone in your life you’d like to express your love to?  Is there a special stuffed animal you’ve loved your entire life and want to share with us?  Is there a poem or a prose you’d like to read that encompasses and defines love for you?  If you’d like, we ask you to bring somebody or something you love, or something that truly encompasses or defines love for you.  It could be anything or anybody, and share it with us.

If you are married and you’d like to renew or add to your vows, there is no better time than at the celebration of love to do so. This could help to strengthen your union.  There will be many witnesses there for those wanting to renew or add to your vows.  AND EVEN, if you’d actually like to get married, Reverend Jim Walsh will be present at the celebration as a legal witness and for any legal documentation that needs to be signed (we are very serious). 

Our hope is that this will be the first annual celebration of love, implying that there will be one every year probably landing on the first weekend of August.  We hope to celebrate love each and every day, and to party at least once a year.  Come celebrate and party into the late hours with us.
